Returns and Exchanges
- In a situation where the purchased product(s) are received incorrectly, or is damaged; the customer is eligible to request for a return or exchange of the product(s). The return could be requested via our Facebook page (Solance Maldives) or via telephone at 9707013.
- Goods must be returned to our outlet located next to Henveyru Jelly Pizza, within 05 days of purchase along with the payment receipt. Exchanges can only be made for product(s) of equivalent value, or as part payment for higher valued product(s). No partial refund will be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items.
- All returning product(s) must be received in their original condition in which it was delivered. Any product(s) which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds / return or exchange.
